Fresh Ginseng
The natural ginseng from nature.
Raw ginseng contains natural ingredients.
It's available to grind it to drink with milk or honey or to garnish a dish.
Red Ginseng
Steamed and dried ginseng for long-term storage.
Fresh ginseng is steamed and dried to reduce moisture content under 15%.
The nonenzymatic browning effect is promoted during the process so that it maintains its original form for long-term.
White Ginseng
Ginseng peeled and dried by sunlight. Its moisture content is reduced under 15% while the original form remains. Long-term storage is available and can be used as medicinal stuff or tea.
